Saturday, September 4th - Lebanon Invitational

Monday, September 6th - NO OFFICIAL PRACTICE 

The Meet Sheet states that there will be practice on Monday.  That was a mistake on my part when I was not thinking about Labor Day .  My apologies.  There will be no official practice but the team will be expected to get a run on their own.  The mileage for the run is below.  The long run for the week will be Monday this week.  I highly encourage each athlete to get in touch with someone from your pace group and try to get this run scheduled and completed with them.  This run each week is vital to the development of the runner.  Please make time for this entire run on Monday. 

Peacocks - 6 miles  + 8 buildups

Rainbow Sherbert - 6.5 miles + 8 buildups

Slytherin - 7.5 miles + 8 buildups

Fierce 15 - 8 miles + 8 buildups

Oceans 11 - 9 miles + 8 buildups

Terrifying Twosome - 10.5 miles + 8 buildups

Wednesday, September 8th @ 3:20 - 5:45 pm at CHS

Thursday, September 9th @ 3:30 - 5:45 pm at Iron Horse Park (IH)
